Returns & Refunds

We hope you love your Nova Bay order. However, if you change your mind, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused and in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging where applicable. Proof of purchase may also be required. 

 

Return postage 

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items. We recommend using tracked postal service, as Nova Bay cannot be responsible for returned parcels that are lost in transit. 

 

Damaged or incorrect items

Please contact us as soon as possible if your order arrives damaged, faulty or you receive the wrong item so that we can review the issue and arrange an appropriate solution. 

 

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will let you know whether your. refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund. 

Original shipping charges are not refundable except where required by applicable law or where the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect. 

 

International returns 

We accept eligible returns from international customers. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty, damaged or incorrect. Any rights you have under applicable consumer law are not affected by this policy.
